Subscription Policy
The Short Version:
- Manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date via your Customer Portal.
-By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency you selected.
This Subscription Policy governs all Subscribe & Save purchases made on the Dewvara website. By checking out with a subscription item, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Overview
Dewvara offers a convenient subscription service that provides automatic deliveries of your favorite products at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
2. Billing Authorization & Recurring Charges
When you enroll in a subscription, your payment details are securely processed and vaulted by our PCI-compliant, third-party payment provider. Dewvara does not directly store, process, or have access to your full credit card information. By enrolling, you authorize our secure system to automatically trigger charges for your renewal orders. Your charges will reflect the price of the item(s) at the time of your initial enrollment (plus applicable taxes and shipping) unless otherwise notified.
3. How to Manage, Pause, or Cancel
You have full control over your subscription. You can skip a delivery, change your shipping frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time.
- How to do it: Simply log into your account via our website and access the Subscription Portal, or contact our support team.
- Timing is critical: Cancellations or modifications must be made BEFORE your next scheduled billing date.
4. No Refunds on Processed Subscription Orders
Once a subscription renewal payment has been successfully processed, the order is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you forget to cancel before your billing date, your order will ship as scheduled, and the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for orders that have already been processed due to a failure to cancel in time.
5. Price Changes & Promotions
Dewvara reserves the right to change subscription pricing, shipping fees, or product availability at any time. If a price change affects your active subscription, we will notify you via email in advance, giving you the opportunity to modify or cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. One-time discount codes generally do not apply to recurring subscription orders unless explicitly stated.
6. Address and Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your shipping address and payment information up to date in your Customer Portal.
Dewvara is not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages, nor are we liable for refunding or replacing orders shipped to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the customer.
